Pros

Excellent policies on paper, hyper probagation about different policies

Cons

Clear double standard on sexual harrasment complaint handling. All efforts are put to cover up the select few. No seriousness or genuinity in investigation . Only focus was to protect the company from lawsuit and not care about the victim or justice. Powerful persons can walk away . The general rule is “Just because someone accuses someone does not mean it’s true. There are people who will say anything to get attention”. Don’t get surprised if there are some #metoo stories breaking out from this company soon, because you can’t suppress the voice of victims too Long.

No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
