      While not a negative, completely - it is a company that is a rapid stage of growth that sometimes our focus changes from one day to the next... we chase the next shinny object we come across

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
