Pros
IFF is a company ahead of time. They have a clear strategy in place, open company, non hierarchic, you feel embraced. They highly invest in technologies for flavors but also in their employees (training, career opportunities). The human part for me is key - diverse company in terms of gender, religion - open doors in HR. . As a women I feel I have the freedom here and I can work in a safe environment with equal opportunities - for me this is very important.
Cons
As a global company they have their processes to follow and for some activities it might take time. Also IFF is not a big company, so sometimes opportunity can take longer to happen
