      Pros

      Wide variety of interesting work opportunities that had a positive long term impact. The work I did here definitely helped me with having things to discuss in interviews later on. Also had lots of hands on experience with excel and SAP.

      Cons

      There was a lot of downtime between projects. While my projects all had an impact, there would also be days with nothing to do, but read.

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
