      The salary is good, the bonusses are good and you get a lot of training. The co workers are al friendly and want to help you.

      Cons

      The working conditions are dangerous due to the toxic enviromnent. You have to be carefull if you want to work here.

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
