      Well defined policies but no use Good culture but spoil by few brats Supportive Seniors & collegues ..only few 5 days per week & good free lunch

      Company Poorly managed by few Inefficient Senior leadership Team No individual growth & promoted only bootlickers Silos work culture Failure to retain Talent and never have concern/reward hard working employees Lean Organization and too much job pressure

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
