I was given an opportunity with no particular experience, education, or background. I have turned it into a career that has far exceeded my expectation.

Some negative attitudes and blame the system mentality.

Pay is good, benefits are solid.

Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
