      Strong Union with good employees

      Cons

      Company is currently trying to break the union up by refusing to bargain in good faith. Management is oblivious to daily challenges and incompetent in regard to processes. Currently on strike for two months and already into the third. 08/19/23

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
