Pros
Vast portfolio enables large exposure to the food manufacturing industry. Global company with a very aligned working system; always opportunities to transfer or travel overseas (depending on department and position). You could have a voice through the correct channels.
Cons
Too many fingers in too many pies. Organization of total business is still at infancy stage after recent merger with food ingredient company. Typical politics exists along with collaterals. Typical global conglomerate work culture. (puts a front that it’s keeping with the times but the bones are still old school)
