Pros
Generally a good place to work with good benefits and 6% match 401(k). Went through several difficult years, but the business is strong. Taking care of HR team members is not frequently a priority, however, and HR teams are often stretched very thin.
Cons
HR leadership team can be dismissive and not very transparent, and the HR connection to the business can be strained due to stretched teams and frequently shifting policies.
