      Stressful. Takes a long time to leave process. Your team makes or breaks you and your success. To many politics.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
