Pros

IFS is an excellent place to work, offering great flexibility, trust, and a collaborative environment. Employees are highly responsible and always strive to complete their tasks on time, often exceeding expectations. The company treats everyone like family, and compensation is fair and rewarding. I especially appreciate the supportive leadership culture. A special thanks to my manager, Sujeewa Dharmawardena, whose guidance and encouragement have been instrumental in helping me grow in my career. I truly value his mentorship and the positive, empowering environment he fosters.

Cons

I can’t see any negative aspects of working at IFS. Many employees who joined when IFS started in Sri Lanka are still happily working here, which I believe reflects the company’s supportive, people-friendly, and positive culture.
