More and more jobs being moved out to Sri Lanka so difficult to progress, if someone outside of Sri Lanka leaves, the role is not replaced locally, thereby less chance for progression. If role is replaced, it is done so in Sri Lanka meaning employing someone for much less money as Sri Lanka population is seen is easy to manipulate, work long hours for no extra compensation and pay less them much less than they are worth. Many people in HR have been brought in by HRD from her previous company who may not always be suitable for the roles and they do not live and exhibit IFS values, it has been mentioned often that there's a clique and this is not very professional.
