      -Great office culture -Friendly colleagues -A lot of room to grow and learn -Competitive salary -The company is expanding and growing

      -Avoid Graded Internships at this company, upper management is never present or communicates -Upper management did not set expectations and graded interns poorly -No feedback or transparency regarding internship grading, interns are left in the dark regarding their performance Great company to work for, pay is competitive but dissatisfied with my graded internship with this company:(

      Pros

      Good environment for a startup setting, have to self initiative to pick up the skills to accomplish a task

      Cons

      Management is not very communicative. Instead of giving the 13th month bonus in one time, management has decided to split it into 12 months. Giving out by portion.
