      - Nice view from the office - Good compensation and severance package - Free snack/pop - Friendly coworkers

      Cons

      The management moves very fast, so the schedule can be a little hectic. On top of that, the entire studio reports to the China headquarter, taking instructions from them can sometimes be an issue.
