      Somewhat flexi working hours but keep an eye on timings

      1. Very political environment 2. Like very B School ,few people who over show off, gets the better incentive 3. Work like corporates

      Pros

      IILM University is a great college for college life exposure plus oppurtunities are there if anyone try to work hard they can get good opputunities.

      Cons

      Companies do come but at the end of the academic year only.
