      Director centric, high politics, no resources, remote location, those who are not even having research papers and online degrees: unfortunatley they are leading the institution

      The lab had good equipment,

      I don't think we had enough funding to fuel most projects, since robotics is an expensive affair because parts had to be bought in USD.
