Pay and benefits are very much below industry standards in Houston since they are based off of Durango, CO standards. Work from home policy is extremely limited (Fridays only) by upper management even though a couple of higher ups don't live in Texas or Colorado and fully work remote. External candidates are selected over internal candidates even when experience is identical.
