      Great team, product, inspiring industry and mission, flat, direct relationship with leadership.

      Cons

      As a quickly growing - in any role - you have to be adaptable to changes, improving processes etc. - I find it a pro actually but some people may find it difficult.

      Pros

      A fantastic team of people all aligned with a core mission and who exemplify the values of the company. Good team socials and an innovative product that speaks for itself. Very nice environment to work in with full support and guidance from management.

      Cons

      None! I left due to wanting to go in a different direction with my career.
