First let me say I work for ILIAS Federal Solutions which is the U.S. subsidiary of ILIAS. Great people❗️🫰 all the way to the top. Executives are easy to speak to. Here I feel like a person and not a number. I think the benefits are great as well. We have full health benefits. Standard holidays off. hybrid work environment depending on your location & job. Office in Fort Worth, Texas. Pay = complicated From what I have seen ILIAS is big on improvement opportunities and on information security done right. Meaning they do quality over quantity.👍 ILIAS does have soical events but being in the U.S. vs Europe make is tricky to get together. As the U.S. branch grows this will change. Big events like the 2022 Christmas party everyone is able to come if you wish to travel there. Well that's all I can think of for now. Just know, ILIAS is a great company to work for and your ideas are welcomed.

Pay = complicated but it's in part of my own making by low balling my skills & unknown additional hats. Just know this is what you make it & currently, I have no grudge w/ the company about it. Would like a 401k packet but hopefully coming soon as the U.S. office grows. 🤞 Some times communication is difficult bc of the time difference and other factors. I don't alway get information like I need but that is far and few between and a work in progress.
