      Pros

      ILoca is a well run company focused on growth. Ownership fosters a team oriented environment and provides the tools needed to excel in your work. The best group of people I've ever had the privilege to work with. Seriously.

      Cons

      For me, the Aurora location is a long commute (but ILoca even worked with me to reduce my travel time).

      Run-down shops, Terrible pay, Bosses only care about filling their pockets, No shop tools, No boot allowance, No tool allowance, No room for growth, Bosses don't want change or care to listen
