Horrible pay structure. They make it nearly impossible to make commission in a dying industry. (Everyone is buying their devices online.) Lots of nights and weekends. Expect to be scheduled 50 hours a week. Oh and there will be conference calls multiple times a week. (Outside of your scheduled hours) Being micro managed is an understatement.
