- no work life balance. Working until 7pm is normal and CS team are regularly expected to work on jobs through the night then work the next day.
- complete lack of care for staff as people rather than money makers
- the board control pay rises and progression. This makes it increasingly frustrating as they don’t know who their employees are. False promises are often made
- cliquey and can be nasty. Someone is always the office gossip and it can be extremely toxic.
