      Developing multiple relationships with like minded co workers.

      Cons

      The management does not value you and your effort. They care about the money and the possibility of their business failing and cost rather than providing materials and support for their co workers. If you make a mistake gooooooood luck.

      career growth opportunities, ability to learn extensively the ins and outs of your department

      Cons

      building is old, many issues with environmental comfort, small department sections with little/no buffer from strong personalities, dealing with startup company hiccups and stressors
