-Not using latest or common technology or business practices
-Managers don't seem experienced--unprofessional practices and bad direction (software engineering is the worst case example)
Overall, IMO feels like they are just making stuff. There isn't much reasoning in why they make the choices they make. The technology used is outdated and used in really convoluted ways. The only "experts" seem to be in the terminology side of the business. Everyone else just seems like they don't know what they are doing. They don't seem to understand their customers that well either.
