Pros
I worked with Arielle and she really helped me prepare for the interviews. I was very rusty with the process as my last jobs were through friends and colleagues where it required minimal discussions. Arielle understood that and coached me through all the possible scenarios, as well as any I wanted to practice.
Cons
They do want to prep you in their offices each time. It could be a positive thing as it puts you into the interview state of mind, however, it does make the process feel like a long day.
