Pros

I have been working with IMRI for over 18 years and it has truly been a growth experience. IMRI provided me the opportunity to be promoted to a Sr. Sales role in the organization after years of experience providing staffing solutions and services in recruiting. As a small business, there is a lot to do, but our executive team makes sure that we take time out to enjoy our family and our personal time. IMRI has a family supportive culture with many of our employees have worked for IMRI for 5 plus years. We have a very friendly work environment, and our team genuinely enjoys one another. IMRI has allowed me the flexibility to take care the needs of my family without any issues and my babies are now young adults!

Cons

Not a lot of cons if you thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a small business we make a fair amount of changes in the organization to meet our client, employee and market needs. Even though change is necessary, it can be disruptive.
