There is no professionalism and work ethic.
Cons
They simply hire and put you on to some companies as contractor(Consultant) positions. If you are thrown out of client company then you are thrown out of this company too, they don't even care to call you and inform you that you have been terminated. They just send you an email. No Hike in salary no matter what even if you worked for them for decades. Don't expect salary Most of my colleague left the job for salary issue.
