Pros
IN-RGY is one of those few companies where you can walk in to anyone and discuss anything that's bothering you, no matter the level that person is at.
People at IN-RGY are extremely likeable and put YOU first, before their own and that means also in terms of compensation. Your growth is what keeps management occupied every day, because they want to make sure that you are always proceeding forward, whether you are part of the company or not.
There's so much good to say about IN-RGY and so few space here to do so, but I can promise you that you won't regret working for (read: with) IN-RGY and it's staff.

None. Yes, sometimes it can be a little tense on a project, but let's not forget: we're all just people and we tend to make a mistake every now and then. Fun fact: it's those mistakes that IN-RGY will help you or whoever made the mistake, identify and correct for the better.
