Pros

No Pros, Only cons maybe good for starting and learning

Cons

In2 Engineering has several challenges that impact both employees and project outcomes. Workload is excessive, with long hours and high pressure, especially for junior engineers who receive minimal structured support. Unrealistic deadlines and poor resource allocation lead to rushed work and added stress. The company is slow to adopt new technologies, relying on outdated workflows that reduce efficiency. More automation and innovation are needed to stay competitive. Career progression is limited, with unclear promotion paths and slow growth opportunities. Employees seeking rapid development may feel stuck. Without improvements in workload management, technology adoption, and career advancement, the company risks losing talent to more forward-thinking firms.

We have recently been certified as a Great Place to Work, so your suggestions are incredibly important to us. We appreciate the time you've taken to outline your insights on how we can improve as a company. 1. Improving Workload Distribution: We understand that employee burnout is a common concern in the industry, and we're committed to creating a balance when it comes to project assignments. We are always working to improve the way we distribute workloads, ensuring that deadlines are realistic and manageable. We’re also always reviewing enhanced project planning tools to better align resources with project demands. 2. Enhancing Support & Mentorship: Investing in our junior engineers is a top priority, as outlined within the IN2 Academy. We recognize the importance of structured training and mentorship. To better support employee growth, we have implemented more structured onboarding programs, ongoing mentorship initiatives, and clearer developmental resources, all designed to help our junior engineers succeed without being overwhelmed. 3. Adopting Modern Technology: We are always exploring the integration of more advanced technologies, including software and hardware. By adopting such technologies, we aim to improve efficiency, reduce repetitive tasks, and help our team stay ahead of industry trends. 4. Strengthening Project Management: Effective resource allocation is key to delivering high-quality work. We have reviewed our project management processes to ensure we are well equipped to handle our workload. This includes focusing on proper resource allocation, avoiding understaffing, and ensuring that every project is given the attention and time it needs to maintain quality. 5. Creating Clear Career Paths: We want to retain and foster top talent, and that starts with creating clearer career progression opportunities. At IN2 we have quarterly employee development reviews, with clear feedback between employee and employer. We promote growth opportunities at every level, and consistently provide employees with the tools and resources needed to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
