      The people you work with are generally great people

      Cons

      - Communications with employees. We had a ton of information from senior leadership that was pointless but the information we needed to do our jobs well was lacking. - There was literally NO organized training. All training was Ad Hoc and this led to gaps in new employee knowledge which made the company and employees look bad to the customers

      Hands-on Environment. You can learn a lot in a short time and gain valuable experience.

      Cons

      Staffing is a challenge when it comes to training. We have to get creative when training as we have to make sure we keep our manpower available to assist customers.
