      Pros

      There are no pros! The attrition rate is atrocious!! Every week there are at least 2 employees leaving. HR policies are just for namesake. Whenever the CEO is jobless (which is most of the times), she changes the policies. Nobody to question the management decisions.

      Cons

      Do not expect a pay hike or promotion based on the performance. Hikes depend on the moods of the CEO. Oh beware!!! There will be cut in the salary if the CEO doesn't really like your face (literally) or the fact that someone is more intelligent than she is!
