Great place to gain experience.. especially if you get an amazing team lead. Thats the only thing!!
Cons
Where to begin... 1. Its like going to a really strict school all again.. be on time.. even a minute late (and I mean a minute) you get your salary cut. 2. Dont join in any planned company activities.. get chastised by all! no matter how genuine the reason. 3. Be prepared to hear all the Fs & Bs... its part of management lingo.. very very unprofessional. 4. Be prepared to get yelled at in front of the whole office. if you do something wrong..or not. the management particularly loves this part of their job!! 5. Its good to be a bum-licker.. it will get you far.. now understand that the management can do whatever they want.. but god forbid the employees have a mind of their own!!
