Pros

They have a lot of positions to backfill and will pay for relocation if you would like to move to the Netherlands.

Cons

Disrespectful management who try to intimidate, weak leadership, entitled and bullying behavior of long standing staff make it a nasty environment to join. This is the only position I’ve ever regretted taking for the damage it did to my own health and self worth in a short space of time. The interview process is misleading as the HR team are a good front, but if you’re used to working in a normal place your gut will probably tell you that something isn’t right. Listen to that because everything is different when you start.

Pros

INDG brings together a talented and creative team with strong technical expertise and high production standards. The company works with globally recognized clients and large-scale 3D projects, which can be a valuable learning experience for anyone looking to develop strong visual and technical skills. Many colleagues are passionate, supportive and committed to delivering high-quality results even under challenging circumstances..

Cons

Despite the creative talent within the team, the company struggles with leadership and structural clarity. Management direction is often inconsistent, with limited transparency in communication and decision-making. Strategic goals shift frequently, which creates instability and makes planning difficult. Feedback is usually acknowledged but rarely followed by tangible action, and team motivation suffers as a result. Work–life balance is poor, as employees are often expected to work beyond normal hours without proper compensation or recognition. The workload can be intense and, at times, disconnected from realistic planning or available resources.
