Pros
Good environment, good infrastructure and good benefits. It have the all conditions in terms of people and structure.
Cons
No accountability in top management . HR direction is bad. Bad planning and bad decisions are frequent. Seems that high management don't know their own business. They don´t know the teams, the labs and the projects. They do not talk with people. How can they represent the company?
