Flexibility, very good work environment, good benefits, very good exposure to newest technologies and development techniques.
Cons
Nokia's decisions towards MS, had huge impact on INdT, the transition period is always hard, and because of that, the projects started to became less interesting, and some management decisions didn't helped to change it. Lack of communication between management and the rest of the employees.
