Pros
Great environment. Positive and enthusiastic people. High energy and great professionalism.
Cons
Dependencies on mother ship(s) (Nokia & Miscrosoft) and their ever changing ideas how to best use the INDT as an asset, created very turbulent environment for all. Although those challenges also gave great opportunities to demonstrate the ability of the institution.
