I didn't realize how poor the culture and leadership is at INE until I left. I don't like to throw around the word toxic but that's truly what this place is. My role had crazy unrealistic expectations for the amount of work they require you to do and it would be so easy to burn out. I've always been someone who could stick things out even if I didn't love it but not here. Not when it destroys your self-confidence in your work. It was like that for multiple people on my team - expect most people didn't just leave on their own, they got fired or let go for who knows what excuse. They hire you but don't trust you to do your job/lean on your expertise and micromanagement runs rampant. Everyone constantly thought they were getting fired and leadership would make random threats in the team Slack channel so you never knew who they were directed at. RUN from INE.
