      Good and friendly co-workers. Its a good place to learn and get new skills.

      Cons

      Cannot go over a certain level of technical skills. The doors start to shut if you try to learn more than what the company needs you to know. Watch out for the bosses. If they mark you, your life inside the company will turn into a living hell.
