Pros

I worked there for a little while but left and soon after heard there was a change in management. It was a relaxed atmosphere. As long as you have a good work ethic....you will be fine and keep your job. When I was there a lot of bad workers were fired and it got the reputation of firing workers. This is a great job for someone who isn't looking for 401, benefits and doesn't mind long and unstable hours. Best for a college student or someone just starting out in life while they look for their next job.

Cons

0 benefits other than a few paid holidays...and you still might be required to work it. Crazy unstable hours during the holidays and the owner does not seem to understand how exhausting the workload is when done for 6-7 days a week for nearly a month's time. Sometimes it was almost offensive. Issues go unfixed... When sales are up, they are too busy to address issues, when they are down they act like they need the sales to justify fixing anything. This is a small business that grew into a big one and they have proven that they do not prioritize anything over profit while doing a poor job of hiding it behind empty words and shallow rewards.

Pros

None except for that is a relaxed environment.

Cons

Where to start... Management contradicts themselves all the time. I was hired as a Graphic Designer but also expected to do about 5 other jobs. NO training AT ALL. (When I was getting yelled at one day for not doing something I remember telling one of the owners, "I haven't been trained and don't know how to do that." The answer I was given verbatim: "Yea ok, but you can't even handle the things we have trained you on so why should we train you on that?" Lack of professionalism, big time. (One of the owners screamed at me one day across the office for talking and not working... I was on the phone talking to a customer.) Management called me by the wrong name the entire time I worked there, despite me correcting them multiple times. I worked over forty hours most weeks and then had to fight for my overtime pay. They claimed they "didn't know I was working overtime." even though they scheduled it. The biggest thing though... they steal from artists. They print out other people's work and sell it without permission. They also do copyrighted stuff like sports logos, etc, without licensing. Low pay. No benefits at all. Very unethical business.
