      Known throughout the area. Many different professionals in one location

      Cons

      The owner is a bully. She doesn't care about the welfare of her renters or employees. She talks badly about clients and renters. She slanders anyone that doesn't do what she wants. The property isn't taken care of. Broken glass, improper wiring, health hazards throughout.

      Pros

      Location. The amount of clients brought in by other contract workers.

      Cons

      The owner is a passive aggressive bully. Threatens everything if you don't do exactly what she wants. And she changes what she wants to fit her own agenda. She tries to slander all her ex renters. Never takes responsibility for own mistakes
