Pros
Excellent pay and regular reviews of pay, yearly bonus. Working hours were good too.
Cons
I worked in finance for 4 years, 1.5 of these was worked at home during covid. If you are an ambitious young person I would AVOID, like some of the other commenters, if you come in with new ideas they will be shot down as the older generation will not change, If you are young and ambitious it is pointless, INOVYN are only interested in there graduates any young person looking to study and progress from any other background are considered second class and not given opportunity. Management are poor, they're nothing short of bullies, The manager of the AP team retired then someone new came in alleging to be a breath of fresh air yet continued the bullying only toward the younger members of the team, micromanaged through every single aspect of your job to the point where it is insulting, Workload is too much even when you pass on comments to higher management they're dismissed. I consistently asked management for things like a progression plan with constant doors being slammed in my face of 'we dont do that here' it was very demotivating mixed with the un achievable workloads and targets, understaffing in our department and lack of general help. The structure of the business is appalling, your pay is equivalent to a 'grade' you may not progress through the business unless the 'grade' system structure is followed even if you are overqualified for the position your in and capable of the next. HR again reflected in other comments, I am aware HR are there first and foremost for a business reputation HOWEVER they treat you with such little respect you feel you have no one to turn to when you have problems within a team. A few young people have been treated the same way as myself at INOVYN it is resulting in a lot of people leaving, leaving the soon to be retiring generation as the only ones left. They should be doing more for the generation that could potentially be the only people left in a few years.
