      Pros

      Small company and a lot of exposure to a lot of clients in different industries.

      Cons

      Felt pressure to do things I didn't like. Culture of selling vaporware and being dishonest to clients. Compensation promises do not come to fruition. No training whatsoever. Very negative environment.

      Pros

      Opportunities for upward mobility and growth. Some great leaders and project leadership.

      Cons

      Obsession with growth can make projects intense and not fruitful. Can sometimes over sell capabilities on projects which makes delivering on promises made during the project sell period / scoping challenging and makes management angry.
