      -If you want to be micro-managed morning, noon, and night, receive e-mails throughout the night (3am, 4am, 5am, etc.) this is the perfect job for you! -Upper Management is filled with the most thin skinned human beings (MALES ONLY), self-absorbed narcissist, misogynistic human beings! I highly recommend no one falls for their lines of BS and considers taking a position with this team

      Pros

      Benefits are good, work life balance is outstanding, pay is competitive, employees are all very talented and friendly

      Cons

      Higher ups have made extremely poor financial choices over the past few years, and as a result budgets have increasingly tightened and layoffs have happened multiple times, the company is great to work for but the future here seems highly unstable, seriously doubt they are going to exist in a few years
