This company has been doing well for a long time and is a very stable employer. They pay decently, management is made up of good people. To my knowledge, they have never had layoffs. Growing very quickly every year.

A large company that is in many ways run like a small company, for better and worse.

Salary, Benefits, Bonus Structure, Flex Hours for exempt employees.

Poor training, poor management, poor budgeting, poor staffing, no firm or decisive direction or assignment of duties at all, no clear goals. No mentoring or encouragement of growth at all. Almost to the point of discouraging it.
