      Energetic owner and visionary with a small storefront shop which features one brand manufacturer.

      Cons

      small storefront shop with a very changeable owner who will not let the latest idea play-out longer than six to eight weeks before trying something or someone else. Allows females bring small children to the workplace. I saw many come an go before I left.

      IDS has a very family-oriented work environment. They work on the latest cutting edge technologies that are built on their own home brewed platform.

      Pay is mediocre at best

      Pros

      I was able to do my own thing for the most part. I was able to listen to music while I worked, which helped make sure the job went by quicker than without it.

      Cons

      It's very tedious work. I was working the night shift, but in any case it was still very easy to get sleepy while I was working.
