Pros

Nice clients and nice colleagues

Cons

Everyone reading this: please believe the bad reviews. There is a reason so many reviews have only 1 star: this is a horrible place to work, if you enter this company, you will suffer. The reviews that have 5 stars are written by the management and employees that have been forced to do so by the management. The funny thing is that there are way more people that have had a bad experience here than there are who like to work here. The turnover of employees is incredibily high, no one in their right mind stays here longer than a year. So this review game will never be won by INTK. But good to see they are still trying:'). INTK: It's Not That Kind. Indeed. This company is not kind towards its employees and interns, it is actually cruel and manipulative and treats them like durt. It's also not kind towards its clients: they trick good organizations into working with them, promising impossible things and selling air. This company runs on low cost employees and interns in combination with low cost service fees. The result? The need to get as many organizations in the cultural field saying yes to this farce of a company. Putting extreme pressure on both employees and interns. So be good to yourself and stay as far away from this company as possible. You are worth so much more than this. No one should go through what people are going through in this company.

Pros

Colleagues, clients and location are great

Cons

- The work environment is super unhealthy - Low salary - Work pressure is extremely high - You are not allowed to talk with your colleagues at the office and have meetings with them without the manager - You are forced to contact 200 people via LinkedIn per week - Using interns as real colleagues and putting too much pressure on them - HR only for managers but not for employees when they need help - Colleagues come and go - Most of colleagues have more than 30 clients which is way too much. Because of this the quality of work also decreases - People are getting burnouts - CEO can say horrible things to colleagues - Not enough senior colleagues - Colleagues contracts are suddenly not getting renewed few days before the contract ends The list could go on
