      Good work ex on massively threaded event driven system and its challenges

      Cons

      Product is already pretty mature you get to do maintenance work. Not suggested for freshers. Long learning curve to understand how ion platform and product.

      Good opportunity to step into leadership because they're firing everyone

      Cons

      Comp scheduled for April likely isn't coming until Autumn according to people in the know and everyone will still be underpaid after that. Pitiful company.
