Pros
Work with beta technology and first release software
Cons
Corrupt and dishonest upper management that got their start by stealing the company database from their former employers and starting their own company. Two lawsuits in Iowa in affirming this case. Obnoxious non-compete that essentially says you must leave the technology field for 2 years after working for them, but with no pros for the employee. History of suing their employees and employees family for breaching non-compete. Corrupt VP and upper management project their behavior and intentions on to others so distrust everybody and do things like write terrible agreements and threaten and intimidate with lawsuits to enforce these things. Great promises of training, terrible follow through and incentives based on the salesman's margin not your work, so high disincentive to pursue on your own. Disengenuous salary negotiations, and no respect for your reputation or relationship with current employers. Illegal contact of current and former employers. Upper management has complete and utter disregard for their employees, and daily attitudes are that the employees and customers are their to serve them at any and all costs. High turnover of skilled employees. Those with talent often leave quickly, regretting their decision and being forced out of the field or into places like Wells Fargo.
