Pros
I had a great time working here. I was offered yearly pay increases, health insurance that doesn't deduct from your paycheck, and profit sharing and a paid half hour break. I was able to get a promotion that came with a more significant raise. The management group that I worked under were all committed to helping me become great at the job, and were accommodating when life circumstances made things difficult. I was treated with respect by nearly everyone there. Ideas, even from brand new employees, were taken seriously and you could have a real impact if you show the initiative! Oh, and the drink fridge was great.
Cons
HR department could use some sensitivity training (not Angel, she's a sweetheart!). You may have to work late hours. I am not sure of this is still an issue but the "rotating time slots", was like adding 3 more daylight saving times a year. It is detrimental to productivity, and increases the chances of making mistakes if you are jet-lagging your whole team. I was hoping that diversifying the client-base would have been prioritized prior to layoffs, but I saw that improving before I left.
